MedSciences Capital is a venture capital investor active in the field of the medical life sciences. We provide equity financing to companies developing diagnostics, therapeutics, or medical devices for human use.

We currently manage three funds: MedSciences Capital B.V. (MSC I), MedSciences Capital II B.V. (MSC II) and MedSciences Seed Fund B.V. (MSF). All funds are closed-end funds.

MSC I is fully invested. MSC II is, together with its 100% subsidiary MSF, actively building a portfolio of investments. MSF, a Technopartner supported seed fund, exclusively invests in start-up companies in the Netherlands. Both MSC II and MSF are interested in investment proposals.

We operate as part of Kempen & Co N.V., a specialized merchant bank offering asset management, corporate finance, and security trading services in a number of selected fields, includig the life sciences. Kempen & Co, in turn, is part of F. van Lanschot Bankiers N.V.
