Our investment scope includes therapeutics, diagnostics and medical technology products. We favor companies that are poised to develop a strong competitive edge, based on proprietary technology and products that address real medical needs. Management must be able to execute a smart strategy, including a focused and capital-efficient route to strategic partnerships and, in time, an investors’ exit.
We invest in return for a significant equity stake. We may commit up to approximately € 3 million and usually invest together with other professional capital providers, often as a (co-)lead investor.
If an investment proposal does not meet all our requirements but otherwise offers strong potential, we invite management to work with us to develop a fundable proposal.
