Pronota is to receive patent on biomarker for diagnosting renal failure in the US despite Prometheus
Ghent, Belgium – 6 June 2013 – The United States Patent and Trade Office (USPTO) has allowed Pronota’s patent for the use of a blood-based biomarker LG3 in the decision-making process for the treatment of renal dysfunction. Leiden, the Netherlands—May 28, 2013 — Prosensa Holding B.V., today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Friday May 24, 2013 on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. Better diagnosis of acute heart failure using Pronota’s novel biomarker
Ghent, Belgium, 18 april 2013 – Two independent validation studies demonstrate that Pronota’s biomarker CD146 significantly improves the diagnosis of acute heart failure for patients with shortness of breath. UMCG performs ‘test run’ on donor livers before transplantation
Groningen, The Netherlands, 15 maart 2013 – Groningen to be the first to keep a liver warm outside a human body. Researchers and liver surgeons at the University Medical Center in Groningen in the Netherlands have been the first to successfully keep a liver at body temperature outside a human body.
